Jonni ParkerFounderChasing Greatness was founded by Jonni Parker who is a hearing impaired student athlete and has spent her life "Chasing Greatness" by not allowing her hearing impairment define her. She has played volleyball since age 11, with 4 pairs of hearing aids. She graduated from Penn State in 2022 as a four year Division 1 collegiate athlete with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She currently works at Munciana Volleyball Club where she also coaches. Jonni also coaches high school volleyball at Carmel High School in Indiana.

Dr. J. Paige ParkerDr. Paige Parker, originally from Ohio, obtained her Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster in 2014, followed by her Doctorate of Audiology from Northwestern University in 2017. A fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and member of American Speech Language and Hearing Association, she has accrued diverse professional experience in various environments such as private practices, ENT clinics, and pediatric settings. As a licensed audiologist, Dr. Parker is committed to encouraging patients to take an active role in their hearing healthcare. She advocates for personalized care, concentrating on developing tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique listening needs of each patient.

BRYAN BLACKBryan Black is the Founder and President of FAHC with over 25 years of experience, he is dedicated to improving lives through better hearing. As a family man, father, and community advocate he is passionate about empowering others to reach their goals. . Bryan believes in the profound impact that improved hearing can have on an individual's quality of life. His commitment extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he actively engages with community initiatives aimed at raising awareness about hearing health. Through his leadership at Family Audiology and Hearing Centers, Bryan fosters a culture of compassion and excellence, ensuring that every patient feels understood and cared for like family. With a vision of inclusivity, he strives to break down barriers, making high-quality hearing care accessible to all.

Mike LingenfelterAs Co-Director/Owner of Munciana Volleyball Club, Motivational Speaker and Instructor Mike Lingenfelter has coached for 15+ years. He has six national championships and his Munciana Samurai teams have placed in the top 3 (JVA/AAU/USA) in the nation every year of its existence (2004). Mike is one of two coaches to ever reach an 18 Open Championship match in all three of the major volleyball organizations (JVA/ AAU/ USAV).

Tori HallTori Hall is a wife, mother and Educator, previously worked 10 years in the government sector and has spent the last 9 yrs working with and mentoring youth & young adults alongside her husband. Her passion for youth was evident in her teaching, as an In-School Educator, grades 6th-12th on Sexual Risk Avoidance & at Risk Behaviors. Tori Co-Owns and Operates a Sports Performance Gym in Dayton, Ohio, where our desire and primary focus is to develop "Better Athletes, Better People"!

Tramain L. HallTramain L Hall is a natural-born trailblazer holding many titles and accolades ie. Motivational Speaker, Business Owner, Coach, Licensed Minister, etc. As a former NFL player (New Orleans Saints & Tennessee Titans), he illustrates his love and dedication to athleticism, which separates him from any other trainer because he believes in training athletes to become better in the sport, but also helps each individual build character and confidence. Tramain understands what it takes to become a professional athlete and have the skill and heart to pass this type of training and knowledge onto our youth. He is currently the owner of Enhance U Sports Performance Academy in Dayton, OH and a 2nd location in Springboro, OH.
